I've always loved photography, but never knew how much until I took my first photography class in high school, and then went on to become a yearbook photographer and have been hooked since!
After high school, I went to college, and I knew I wanted to do something with children. (It never occurred to me to become a photographer for some crazy reason!) I got my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and was a Kindergarten teacher for 5 years. After becoming pregnant with our first child, I quit teaching to stay at home with him. And when you have children, you tend to take A LOT of pictures, and my love for photography sprung up again! My friends and family started having me take their pictures all the time and then their friends, and so on! So in 2008, I decided to start a part time photography business and have never looked back! And my love for children and photography where able to meet!!! :)
